Welcome to Aether Web Design. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aether Web Design offers web design and development services, including but not limited to website creation, maintenance, and optimization.

3. Acceptance of Work

When you engage Aether Web Design, you will receive a proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Your acceptance of this proposal constitutes agreement to these Terms and the specified deliverables.

4. Revisions and Changes

• Included Revisions: Our proposals typically include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur extra charges.
• Scope Changes: Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional costs and adjusted timelines.

5. Project Timelines

Aether Web Design will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by client actions or inactions, third-party service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the website and all its components. Aether Web Design retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Third-Party Materials: You must ensure that any third-party materials provided do not infringe on intellectual property rights. Aether Web Design is not responsible for any legal issues arising from such materials.

7. Warranty and Support

• Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all our work, starting from the date the website is made live. This covers any bugs or issues that arise from our work.
• Support: Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged through a separate agreement.

8. Termination

• By Client: You may terminate the project at any time. However, any payments made are non-refundable, and you will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
• By Aether Web Design: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aether Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

11. Amendments

Aether Web Design reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future engagements.
